Category 02 · In-clinic regenerative treatments
Platelet-Rich Plasma therapy uses your own blood - centrifuged to concentrate growth factors - and reintroduces it directly into the scalp. It stimulates dormant follicles, improves blood supply, and triggers a genuine regenerative cascade. No synthetic substances. No foreign materials.
A small blood draw is taken (similar to a standard blood test). The sample is centrifuged to separate and concentrate the platelet-rich plasma. This PRP is then administered via fine injections across the treatment area of the scalp. Minimal discomfort. No downtime.

Category 02 · In-clinic regenerative treatments
Controlled micro-punctures to the scalp stimulate collagen production, increase blood supply to hair follicles and - when combined with topical PRP - create a delivery channel for growth factors directly into the follicular tissue. This is not a salon treatment. This is medical-grade collagen induction.
We combine medical-grade Dermapen microneedling with topical PRP application. The micro-channels created by the needles allow PRP growth factors to penetrate directly into the dermal papillae - significantly enhancing efficacy versus either treatment alone.
Category 02 · In-clinic regenerative treatments
Mesotherapy delivers a personalised cocktail of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and peptides directly into the scalp via microinjections. Unlike PRP which uses your own blood, mesotherapy delivers targeted external nutrients - making it particularly effective for shedding driven by nutritional deficiencies diagnosed in the initial consultation.
Based on your blood test results and trichoscopy findings, the mesotherapy formula is designed specifically for your deficiency profile - not a generic clinic cocktail. If your ferritin is low, we target iron transport factors. If your zinc is deficient, we address the 5-alpha reductase pathway directly.

Exosome therapy represents the frontier of regenerative hair medicine. Exosomes are cell-derived vesicles that carry growth factors, cytokines and genetic material - signalling dormant follicular stem cells to re-enter the active growth phase. Not available at any competitor clinic in Portugal.
